Randstad is partnered with a Global Insurance Firm in search for an AI Operations Lead. They are preparing to launch a hybrid rule-based and machine learning (ML) model-based product for fraud detection and quality assurance in insurance claims. As an AI Operations Lead, you will ensure smooth operation and ongoing improvement of these critical products, and you will work closely with the claims team, business team, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
•Own the end-to-end operation of fraud detection and QA products.
•Monitor system performance (both rules and ML models), including:
oAnomaly detection in input data and feature behavior
oAlerting on performance degradation or incidents
•Respond to incidents and technical issues related to the product.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for the claims team, handling inquiries and support requests.
•Translate business requirements into technical specifications to guide updates or improvements to the product.
•Work closely with development and ML teams to ensure high-quality releases and ongoing optimization of models and rules.
•Maintain strong documentation and knowledge sharing practices.
