Relationship Manager/Analyst for Institutional Clients.■About our clientA private partnership focused solely on investment management. They align long-term views with clients, spanning equity, fixed income, multi-asset, and alternative strategies. ■Position Summary You will be an integral member of our Tokyo team, primarily responsible for supporting and strengthening relationships with institutional clients. Working closely with the business team, you will assist and partner in the core aspects of business development, relationship management, and client servicing.■Key Responsibilities ・Coordinate client/prospect meeting life cycle (materials, notes, follow-ups) ・Respond to client/prospect inquiries (product, portfolio, market, etc.) ・Build and maintain strong relationships with client/prospect contacts ・Prospect support (qualifying opportunities, RFP coordination, pitch materials) ・Build internal network relationships and manage internal stakeholders ・Effectively communicate client expectations with internal constituentsIf you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application. #LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Requirements
・Experience in the asset management industry and knowledge of capital markets
・In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income, and/or multi-asset products (preferred)
・Interest in the business of investment management, team-based, analytical
・Organized and strong attention to details; strong multi-tasking skills
・Demonstrable track record of achievement, strong work ethic
・Strong presentation skills and client-facing experience (highly preferred)
・3+ years of relevant experience in client servicing roles (investment industry)
・Direct buy-side experience supporting institutional client relationships in Japan (preferred)
