Annual Compensation Process Lead (ACP Lead)
Serve as project manager for the end-to-end compensation cycle, including salary increases,
PRP awards, and long-term incentives (LTI).

Facilitate regular status updates, steering meetings, and issue resolution forums.
Oversee all ACP phases: o Data validation (internal audits, people leader exercises)
o System configuration & testing (eligibility rules, system functionality, statement creation)
o Budget & structure planning (preliminary/final budgets, pay structures, exceptions)
o Communication (People Team and Leader comms, training materials, WalkMe support)
o Execution (planning, audits, corrections, statement delivery, terminated PRPmanagement/payouts) Act as the central point of contact for all ACP-related activities.
Partner with Total Rewards, HR Service Center, HR Tech, and regional People teams to ensure
timely delivery and compliance with country-specific needs.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with compensation guidelines.
Support dashboard reporting and analytics for merit, PRP, and LTI planning.
Collaborate with HR Technology to ensure system readiness and optimal user experience.
Lead post-cycle reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.---Internal Use---Additional Responsibilities:
Shine Program Administrator
Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of the Shine recognition program.
Manage program communications, eligibility, and reporting.
3. Preparation and update of Global Compensation Tools
Prepare and maintain global compensation files, including annual budget files, pay structures,
Compensation Tool and other key documents for annual compensation processes.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards.
Serve as a resource for the People Team on compensation matters.
Job Qualification
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in HR operations or compensation.
Qualifications
Experience working with Workday, Service Now case management and/or other case
management tools preferred.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
