The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the deployment of additional services and capabilities to expand the department's identity and access management footprint. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and support functions to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in-product customizations (VB.NET), build custom web portal interfaces (Angular/Typescript), and design system integrations via APIs and web services.
• Architect advanced identity lifecycle processes, RBAC enhancements, and provisioning workflows.
• Ensure all solutions align with security policies and government frameworks like the ISM, PSPF, and ASD Essential Eight.
• Mentor junior team members, document designs, and provide technical guidance to uplift internal capability

Required Criteria:

• Deep understanding of the One Identity Manager platform architecture and object model.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform development and integration with systems such as HR platforms, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange.
• Solid understanding of IAM security governance, including segregation of duties and access certification.
• Ability to engage with business and technical teams to produce solution designs and manage structured delivery.
