- Accountable for agreed sales target for the respective region with achievement rate greater than 100%.
- Responsible to improve market share in the assigned region.
- Responsible for the assigned geographical area to promote Companies Products and Services
- Identify, Evaluate market trends that affect current and future growth of region.
- Ensure profitable and sustainable growth in the assigned region.
- Preparation of annual sales budget and expenditure budget and finalise targets for the region
- Analysis of budget variance and initiate corrective actions for the deviations. Preparation of realistic Monthly sales forecast
- Responsible for sales excellence customer initiatives in the region.
- Responsible for CRM in the entire sales cycle with 100% data accuracy.
- Engineering degree preferably in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation as specialization
- Minimum 5+ years field sales experience having proven track record in the respective field / similar industry & Explosion proof products segment preferred.
- Experience in handling O&G / refineries, petrochemicals, PSU, Pharma & Chemical, LNG & Marine customers & preferably with core strength in Automation & O&G domain.
- Knowledge on Basic of Ex, Ex products, its applications in industries and customer segments.
- Knowledge on Certifications - ATEX, IECEx, NEC, PESO, TRCU, INMETRO, UL, FM, CSA, KOSHA. Basic knowledge on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards
- Knowledge on Automation Products, Solution, Market & Applications,
- Experience of working with DCS & System Integrators would be key.
- Candidate should have good working experience of handling in the same market & preferably from competition company working on our / similar range of products.
- Assertiveness in converting prospects into sales and generating payments on time.
- Strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally with customers.
- Strategic Thinking and planning mindset.
- Skill to identify and suggest suitable solution for customer needs / pains.
