 Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets with FAR.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls for asset management.
 Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
 Work closely with procurement, projects, and operations teams to track capitalization of new assets.
 Monitor capital work-in-progress (CWIP) and ensure timely capitalization.
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on fixed assets for management and financial reporting.
 Implement process improvements, automation, and best practices in fixed asset accounting.
 Provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Experience:
 Education: MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (or equivalent professional qualification).
 Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in fixed assets accounting, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
 Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS) related to property, plant, and equipment (PPE).
 Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/other similar systems).
 Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
