Manage the full trade lifecycle, encompassing trade capture, reconciliation, corporate actions, and client servicing.
Provide direct support to trading desks by investigating exceptions and resolving queries related to bookings and trade breaks.
Analyse and resolve all trade exceptions while handling client and trading desk inquiries in a timely manner.
Generate comprehensive reporting on trade activities and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation of critical matters.
Participate in ad hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional and global counterparts.
Ensure settlement issues are handled properly and trades are reconciled to avoid failures.
Continuously monitor for and resolve any failed or unmatched trades.
Collaborate with peers to develop reporting methodologies for new products and business initiatives.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a middle or back-office role within a financial institution.
Hands-on experience in trade support, reconciliation, and exception handling is essential.
Relevant experience in handling trade support for virtual assets is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant academic field.
Expert knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong organisational abilities and a proven capacity for team collaboration.
Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
