    Randstad Defence is looking for dedicated and experienced Systems Engineers to work on the Electronic Warfare (EW) Program. The Systems Engineers will identify, quantify, manage, and implement risk mitigation actions, as well as contribute to risk management across the multidisciplinary Program.To be successful in this role, you will:Coordinate and develop EW requirements as well as assist with change management for the Operational Concept Document (OCD).Assist the Program Safety Advisor in the development and maintenance of the Safety Case and Safety Reporting documentation in accordance with the System Safety Program Plan.Coordinate the Commonwealth’s involvement in industry-led verification and validation of system requirements;Lead and supervise the development and maintenance of project engineering artefacts and technical certification (specifications, plans).About you:Must be able to access ITAR/US Export Technology Control and, as such, cannot be from, have strong ties to, or be a dual citizen of a prescribed/prohibited tier 1 or tier 2 country.Qualifications in an engineering field or a relevant technical discipline at the tertiary level, or systems engineer with expertise in related domains (air, land, maritime, space, and cyberspace).Previous experience with the ADF Capability Life Cycle is required.Strong verbal communication abilities, as well as technical writing skills.The candidate must be an Australian citizen, and NV1 security clearance is required.If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
