The Outreach Program Support Officer is responsible for managing the region’s Outreach Program as a part of the Clinical Support Team. Responsibilities as an OPSO: Recruitment and onboarding of Outreach ProvidersCoordination of the Outreach Program and Program CounsellorsProcessing of client referrals and outreach workflow management Providing the front line of customer service for clients who may be facing significant or complex challenges. Additional core functions to assist the region in meeting high volume of clinical support work; including office management, outreach billing, secretariat duties or other corporate support activities.
