Educational Qualification
- Master’s or PhD in Economics, Financial Economics, or related discipline.
Experience
- 10–15 years of equity or economic research experience with a strong record of published work.
Skills Required
- Strong econometric and statistical modeling skills.
- Proficiency in research tools and data platforms.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Functional Competencies required
- Advanced quantitative analysis and forecasting.
- Market trend analysis and policy research.
- Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and contribute to public policy and market discussions.
- Publish article/ opinion post etc for print/social media and represent the Exchange on electronic media, academic circles and government bodies as and when required.
- Study investment patterns across asset classes
- Study corporate performance on a sectoral basis, company basis, macro levels etc.
- Analyze data & build narrative on macro trends seen across trading platforms
