The Role
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the bank's day-to-day service delivery, managing a seamless blend of administration and customer interaction. You won't just be processing requests; you will be solving problems and ensuring business clients receive top-tier service.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Customer Service Excellence: Handling a balanced mix of inbound and outbound calls, specifically communicating with business customers regarding their accounts, transactions, and daily enquiries.
Data Entry & Administration: Utilising banking systems to input data, log notes, and process customer fulfillment requests with a high level of accuracy.
Workflow Prioritisation: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing high attention to detail with sharp time management skills to meet daily service agreements.
Collaborative Teamwork: Working closely with your immediate team members and wider business partners to share knowledge and resolve complex queries.
Compliance & Integrity: Adhering strictly to standard banking protocols, risk governance, and regulatory requirements.
