My client is a global HR technology and workforce solutions provider with a presence across more than 100 markets.
As part of business growth, they are looking for a Bid Proposal Manager to be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of strategic proposals, including RFPs, RFIs, and tender submissions for enterprise clients worldwide.
This role acts as the central coordinator for all pursuit activities ensuring submissions are accurate, compelling, compliant, and aligned with the organisation’s commercial strategy.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities would includes
- Lead the planning, development, and submission of complex proposals from initial qualification to final delivery.
- Establish structured processes, timelines, and review checkpoints to ensure high‑quality outputs.
- Coordinate inputs from Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Craft persuasive, client‑specific proposal content that highlights solution value, differentiation, and compliance.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, commercially relevant messaging.
- Partner with Sales to understand client priorities, buying criteria, and competitive context.
- Work with Product and Delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and ensure alignment with operational capabilities.
Skills and experience required
- Experience managing enterprise‑level proposals within SaaS, HR technology, payroll, BPO, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, project management, and governance capabilities.
