This role leads the full in‑country business and ensures safe, compliant, and reliable operations across one or more data center sites.
About the role , to be based in Thailand
- Lead the country operating model across operations and corporate functions.
- Set priorities, KPIs, and performance standards; drive accountability and execution.
- Act as the senior local representative for customers, partners, and authorities.
- Oversee maintenance, contractor management, asset lifecycle, and risk mitigation.
- Support capacity expansions and customer fit‑outs.
- Ensure strong SLA performance, clear communication, and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee onboarding, access governance, work authorizations, and service reviews.
- Strengthen customer relationships through credible operational reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, filings, licenses, and statutory requirements.
- Manage regulatory relationships and coordinate inspections and audits.
- Work with legal teams on contracts, disputes, and risk management.
- Build and lead a high‑performing local team across operations and support functions.
- Coordinate with regional/HQ teams across finance, legal, procurement, engineering, and operations.
- Drive continuous improvement across reliability, customer experience, and cost efficiency.
Skills and experience required
- 10+ years of leadership experience in data centers, critical facilities, telecom/infra, or high‑reliability environments.
- Proven track record managing 24x7 mission‑critical operations with strong safety and reliability outcomes.
- Strong business management skills: budgeting, cost control, vendor governance, performance reporting.
