・Cloud Infrastructure Strategy and Optimization: Develop and execute a cloud-first strategy aligned with CCBJI's digital transformation roadmap, driving a hybrid cloud architecture (AWS/Azure). Lead the optimization of Azure-based infrastructure supporting SAP core ERP and integrated applications, ensuring post-migration stability, scalability, and security of SAP workloads using cloud-native services.・Operational Excellence and Critical System Management: Ensure high availability, performance, and security for infrastructure supporting mission-critical systems (SAP, Stibo, data platform). Oversee data center operations, network architecture, and enterprise storage, while supporting the use of real-time data for decision-making across commercial, supply chain, and sustainability areas.・Sustainability, Compliance, and BCP/DR: Implement infrastructure operations aligned with CCBJI's sustainability goals (e.g., energy-saving data centers, Green IT). Ensure compliance with Japanese and global data protection regulations (APPI, GDPR, etc.) and oversee Business Continuity Planning/Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR).

求められる経験
・Over 10 years of leadership experience in IT infrastructure/Cloud management, and extensive experience in IT IMS/AMS (Infrastructure/Application Management Services).
・Expert knowledge and experience in the design, architecture, implementation, operation, and auditing of large-scale IT systems, along with deep understanding of network, cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance.
・Minimum 3 years of experience in IT projects for the public sector (at least 2 projects).
・Business level English and Japanese
