・Operations & Escalation Management: Oversee daily IT help desk operations, manage field escalations, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable service delivery.・Process & Service Improvement: Validate supported systems and services, lead the development and enhancement of support processes, and drive continuous quality improvement.・Technical Leadership & Incident Response: Strengthen operational capabilities through skill development initiatives, provide executive-level IT support, and manage urgent incident responses to maintain business continuity.
求められる経験
・Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a team leader or management role within an IT Help Desk, IT Support Center, or similar IT support organization.
・Bilingual Communication: Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, with hands-on IT support experience in both languages.
・Technical & Support Expertise: Broad IT knowledge (IT Passport level or higher) with practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 (or similar), Windows and Mac environments, MFA, and both in-person and remote IT support.
