Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite at Toronto office
Hours of Work: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (7.5 hours per day) – Overtime when required
Advantages
- Contract Duration: 6 months (expected start mid-April 2026).
- Salary: $40 - $50 / hour (based on experience).
- Location: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite at the Toronto office).
- Work Mode: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7.5 hours per day).
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and attract passive, mid-to-senior level technical talent across financial services, private equity, and consulting industries.
- Proactively build and maintain diverse, future-ready talent pipelines for corporate finance, financial modelling, and valuations.
- Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens and exploratory conversations using behavioral and skills-based interviewing techniques.
- Deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience from first contact through to the offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers during intake discussions to clarify role requirements and success criteria.
- Share relevant market insights, such as talent availability and emerging skill trends, to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal partners to align recruitment activities with regional hiring needs and business goals.
- Maintain visibility into sourcing activity and pipeline progress using data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of progressive recruitment experience (in-house, executive search, or agency environments).
- Proven track record of sourcing senior-level niche talent within professional services or complex financial organizations.
- Fully Bilingual (English/French) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, Phenom, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong headhunting and networking background, leveraging direct outreach and social platforms.
- Eagerness to adopt emerging capabilities such as recruitment automation, analytics, and AI.
