- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and best practices.
