求められる経験
■Requirements
・Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
・Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on new client acquisition.
・Fluent in Japanese and Business-level English.
・Strong understanding of the Japanese pharmaceutical market and its key players.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
・Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
・Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
・Experience selling data/intelligence or consulting solutions is a plus.
