Key Responsibilities
Territory Revenue Growth: Deliver 100% of the annual closed-won sales budget
New Client Acquisition: Proactively hunt and acquire an average of new active builder clients per month.
Pipeline & Conversion: Manage a high-quality sales pipeline to achieve a quote-to-order conversion rate.
Commercial Discipline: Maximise price and protect target gross profit margin by applying disciplined pricing frameworks.
Strategic Engagement: Maintain high market visibility by securing expected sales meetings per week.
Background & Experience
Proven Construction Sales Track Record: Extensive experience delivering multi-million dollar sales targets ideally around the $3M mark, within the building materials or construction services sector.
New Business Hunter Mindset: A demonstrated ability to proactively identify, prospect, and acquire 40–50 new builder accounts per annum through high-frequency market engagement.
- Technical Tool Competency: Familiarity with industry-standard lead generation and sales tools such as BCI, Estimate One, or similar platforms to maintain forward workload visibility
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: $100k – $120k (commensurate with experience)
Superannuation: + Super
Vehicle Tools: Company Car + Fuel Card + Toll Tag
Incentives: Quarterly Bonus structure based on performance targets
