• DBS Cost Forecasting: Ensure the accuracy of DBS cost forecasts and report them into the official Danone reporting system.
• P&L & Cash Flow Management: Drive timely and successful closing for DBS costs, P&L, and Cash Flow; identify performance gaps and push execution of gap-closing actions.
• Variance & Risk Analysis: Analyze actual costs versus rolling forecasts across different service lines, follow up on action plans, and present Risks & Opportunities (R&O) to Danone Headquarters during regular financial reviews.

2. Cost Allocation & Tax Compliance

• Cross-Charging & Allocation Rules: Maintain and refine cost-allocation rules for cross-charging costs to relevant internal parties (including Danone HQ).
• Profitability & Tax Alignment: Ensure regional/entity profitability levels strictly comply with global transfer pricing and tax compliance requirements.

3. Internal Controls, Compliance & Governance

• Accounting & Internal Controls: Ensure full compliance with internal control frameworks and accounting standards for all DBS costs.
• Intercompany & Service Agreements: Support the execution and management of DBS Service Level Agreements (SLA), Regional Service Level Agreements (RSLA), and Integration Charters.
• Policy & Documentation: Coordinate and review DBS operational documentation, including Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WI).

4. KPI Management & Automation

• KPI Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with service lines to design and align KPIs and targets with Danone's global strategy.
• KPI Performance & Animation: Consolidate and monitor IBS/DBS KPIs, provide in-depth performance analysis, and push service lines to execute continuous improvement plans.
• KPI Automation Project: Lead data logic design, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and follow up on execution for the KPI automation project.

It'll Be Good If You Are:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance. CPA/ACCA is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in Finance, including 3+ years in Business Planning & Expense Control.
