About your new role
The Business Process Analyst will analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design innovative future-state processes to drive continuous improvement and customer-centricity. Key duties include constructively challenging the status quo, defining KPIs, preparing implementation plans, and coaching team members to build business capability.
What you will need to exceed
... - Experience in a role of significance within a business improvement programme.
- Experience delivering outcomes in ambiguous and complex environments.
- Experience gained from contributing to a business transformation or continuous improvement programme.
- High level of analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to provide value-adding solutions and recommendations.
- Experience in the analysis and delivery of continuous improvement methodology and solution sets.
- An understanding of the drivers and levers for delivering value, with the ability to engage and influence outcomes at a senior level.
- A strong approach to problem identification and a creative approach to problem-solving.
