buyer claim support assistant - dutch (m/f/x).

Your role:

• managing incoming claims submitted by customers who have purchased vehicles internationally;


• assessing claims submitted by individual buyers for eligibility, using internal resources and evidence provided by buyers;


• monitoring open claims that require additional information to reach a resolution (such as missing details from buyers or supplementary information from the selling country);


• overseeing cases scheduled for closure that involve payment to the buyer or necessitate final settlement;


• furnishing comprehensive responses to buyers regarding case resolutions, based on evidence and internal evaluations performed during the claims assessment;


• communication with buyers will primarily occur via email;


• ensuring all aforementioned tasks are executed and monitored in a prompt manner, upholding commitments and deadlines.

Your skills:

• high school diploma (mandatory);


• call center experience (mandatory);


• fluent level of Dutch;


• advanced English (C1);


• resilience and commitment to the project;
