    Our client is a leading provider of valves, pipes, fittings, and fire protection for commercial purposes. This position is responsible to ensure customer satisfaction through receiving, generating and processing sales orders, preparing general correspondence and co-ordinating service needs. This position also serves as customer contact for such matters as pricing, scheduling and delivery. This position is also responsible to assist in the warehouse, complete customer orders, receive incoming shipments, re-stock inventory, pack and load orders for shipment and complete all necessary documents. Located in Ottawa, this is an in-branch role with full Covid safety measures in place. Teamwork and strong communication skills are a must, product and industry knowledge will be taught through their extensive training and support system.
