Location: Glasgow (Office-based, must live within 1 hour)
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 (DOE) + £100/wk on-call allowance
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) + on-call rota

The Role
This is a pivotal, hands-on role supporting the Registered Manager. Moving beyond basic scheduling, you will manage real-time decision-making, ensure efficient rota planning, and maintain exceptional standards of care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage weekly rotas, ensuring all care calls are fully covered.
- Match Care Workers to Service Users based on needs and compatibility.
- Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, staff absences, and emergencies.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Care Workers.
- Participate in the on-call rota and deputise for the Registered Manager when required.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar scheduling role (ideally within domiciliary care).
- Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, logical thinking under pressure, and strong IT/communication skills.
- Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is highly desirable.
- Transport: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
