What you get to do:
- Prepare and complete stakeholder compliance reviews, audits and other projects as assigned
- Analyze data/audit results, summarize findings, and recommend improvements to processes and overall compliance framework
- Monitor follow-up actions and track agreed upon remediation efforts to completion
- Assists with updating departmental scorecards and other periodic reporting and provided data summaries for any compliance reviews performed
- Monitor departmental mailboxes and ensure adherence to C&AS SLAs
- Continual personal development/departmental improvement efforts including, but not limited to, the following:

● Maintaining professional and technical knowledge
● Identifying LEAN initiatives/improvements
● Developing and maintaining Standard Work Processes (SWPs) and Flowcharts as required
Performs other related duties as assigned What you need to bring:
- BA or BS in business management, or similar field
- 2-3 years’ relevant work experience in a compliance, analytic, or audit environment
- Experience in the use of Excel intermediate to expert level.
- Intermediate to expert experience with using Google Suite (spreadsheets, doc, slides, google scripts, query function, etc)
- Knowledge of company processes, compliance analysis, payroll, and invoicing preferred

- Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and escalate trends
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, ability to innovatively communicate complex information

- Shows strong initiative and willing to take on responsibility
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, focus on improving processes to eliminate waste
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to develop standards to maintain legal compliance
- Prior experience on working with essbase would be an added advance
- Expectation to suggest improvements and optimize repetitive tasks

Pay Rate: $ 70,400 - $ 105,600 Annually
The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.
