- Proactively manage highly complex mailbox, calendars and schedule management. Anticipating needs and managing multiple priorities.
- Prepare or arrange confidential reports, presentations, and other documents, often involving sensitive (highly confidential )information.
- Liaise with high-level internal and external stakeholders, representing their supervisor and building relationships with key individuals.
