This specific role will be focused on managing our data privacy and information security program, with the objective of improving the cybersecurity posture across Randstad.
The Program Manager runs a program; an ongoing collection of projects designed to improve and realize business value and objectives. The Program Manager is responsible for planning and designing the program and the program's governance and for pro-actively monitoring its progress, mitigating risks, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
The Program Manager manages teams of professionals and/or junior managers and helps the team(s) overcome challenges in the work, and ensure the program stays aligned with the organization's strategic goals. He/she coordinates activities between multiple projects without directly managing them, instead he/she manages the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy and governance, project delegation, overseeing complexity, managing the context and stakeholders and making sure all of the interconnected parts work together to realize the intended objectives.
