Talent Sourcing
Execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for contract and part-time positions.
Utilize mass-marketing tools, social media campaigns, and career boards to maintain a constant pipeline of quality applicants.
Conduct efficient interview sessions to qualify candidates
Seamless Delivery & Compliance
Act as the primary point of contact for talent, ensuring they are fully briefed, compliant, and ready for their new roles.
Conduct background checks, right-to-work documentation, and contract signatures.
Collaborate with manager to consistently meet and exceed client "fill rates" and "time-to-hire" targets
