- Supports with building social media presence and content calendar, as well as brainstorming new ideas for new and innovative social media campaigns
- Updates and maintains website content, helping ensure accuracy, well-organized information and proper categorization
- Monitors and analyzes content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content design and drive audience engagement
- Ensures all content is high-quality, error-free, and meets brand, organization objectives and product standards
- Analyzes performance metrics of digital content to optimize future marketing efforts
- Conducts quality assurance on work to ensure the site meets quality standards, visual and functional Quality Assurance (QA) proofreading
- Creates and curates high-quality, engaging, and impactful content across various platforms
