- Assists with tax-related accounting, calculations, and analyses. Assists with the analysis and application of existing and upcoming tax laws and regulations to support the organization's planning and strategy
- Under minimal supervision, contributes to the research on specific tax issues as they arise and tax law changes for impact on tax position, and supports the creation of models to analyze impacts of changes
- Supports the preparation of tax returns, estimates and extensions with focus on specific jurisdictions. Participates in the preparation of materials and proper documentation to support future audits and minimize taxes and penalties
- Participates in tax research, under minimal supervision, to gather and maintain knowledge of tax laws, regulations, practices and relevant accounting standards. Gathers knowledge of the organization to identify tax and entity accounting issues to efficiently capture data
