求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Inspiring leadership and people management skills, empowering people and teams to reach their full potential and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Can demonstrate how to positively improve team performance, rather than a ‘hire and fire approach’.
• Extensive experience (minimum 15 years) in progressive finance leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully transforming and leading finance and operations functions.
• Proven experience managing teams of 5 or more members.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Japanese accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant laws, coupled with a global perspective on finance best practices.
• Good operational knowledge and experience in managing supply chain and customer service.
• Business-level or higher Japanese and business-level English proficiency are mandatory.
