Responsibilities
•Lead People Change Management initiatives for medium- to high-complexity regulatory projects
•Own and deliver change workstreams aligned to timelines, budgets, and adoption goals
•Develop and implement end-to-end change strategies, frameworks, and execution plans
•Conduct detailed impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations
•Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders
•Drive communication, training, and engagement strategies to support adoption
•Monitor and report on change progress, risks, and adoption metrics
Qualifications
•Extensive experience in People Change Management within financial services
•Strong knowledge of Wealth Management and the investment industry
•Proven experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives
•Ability to lead complex change programs and influence senior stakeholders
•Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
•ADKAR certification or strong familiarity with the methodology preferred
•Previous experience within large financial institutions considered an asset
