REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
10–15 years of experience in IT Service Management with minimum 5 years in Change Management.
Demonstrated experience establishing CAB governance in large-scale, multi-site IT environments.
Hands-on experience with data center change management including infrastructure, network, and application changes.
ServiceNow Change Management module expertise required.
Experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps change practices preferred.

ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader (preferred)
