業務内容
 Improve operational efficiency to better support Channel partners Identify structural improvements, process improvements and people improvement within the IT Channel Distribution to build a sustainable business Manage interface between company and Distributor. Manage deal registration and recommend pricing structure / discounts. Identify new resellers for Distribution to on-board and manage on-boarding process Directly manage / sell into Distributors. Work with Distributor to build and manage demand generation and marketing efforts for partners

求められる経験
 10+ years of Channel/Distribution/Sales Management in a fast-growing IT/ET/ME company
 5+ years of Distributor and VARs experience
 Experience working with channel programs, familiar with rebate mechanisms, incentives and marketing budgets
 Experience identifying new resellers and prioritizing Distribution focus
 Strong analytical skills
 Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technology simply
 Good knowledge in Data Centre Industry and Manufacturing Industry. ...
