Key Responsibilities:
· Define and govern the enterprise supply chain strategy, aligning procurement, demand planning, vendor management, and distribution.
· Establish governance frameworks, policies, and SOPs across facilities.
· Integrate supply chain with clinical, finance, and operations teams to ensure product standardisation, cost discipline, and supply continuity.
· Lead transformation initiatives including system implementation, process digitalisation, and analytics capability building.
· Govern enterprise procurement strategy across pharmaceuticals, clinical consumables, implants, biomedical equipment, non-clinical services, and Capex categories.
· Drive sourcing decisions based on cost, quality, market intelligence, supplier partnerships, and risk mitigation.
· Govern vendor empanelment and supplier performance management across procurement categories.
· Drive product standardisation with clinical leadership to improve efficiency and reduce SKU proliferation.
· Forecast demand and optimise inventory to ensure uninterrupted availability of critical items.
· Oversee demand variance tracking, inventory analytics, replenishment standards, and stock movement across facilities.
· Govern vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance, performance accountability, and commercial risk management.
· Own the supplier risk framework and mitigate dependency on over-reliant or financially unstable suppliers.
· Govern SCM execution across the network, including stores, distribution, and last-mile fulfilment.
· Ensure stock availability, OT readiness, supply continuity, and timely resolution of stock-out risks.
· Build and develop a high-performing, data-driven SCM team through coaching, succession planning, and structured feedback.
