关于职位.1、根据公司战略方向及业务规划，制定公司信息化的整体战略规划并推动实施。 2、根据公司业务发展和管理需求，对公司现有或需要实施的信息化系统进行评估、整合，制定相应的模型和方案，负责推动系统的开发、完善和维护工作。 3、推动基于自动化的流程梳理，重建决策和执行体系，协同各职能管理人员推动自动化实现。 4、负责信息技术团队建设和管理，持续提升团队工作质量和效率。 技能和经验要求.1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。2、有过8年以上IT领域工作经验，3-5年以上IT团队管理经验3、有战略思维，具备技术前瞻性、开阔视野和高度。4、正直诚实、品行良好。具备良好的道德品质和职业操守，具有优秀的领导能力，良好的沟通能力，出色的组织协调能力，无不良记录。
