Doctor degree is preferred. Oversea experience is plus. ?Experience?Above 6 years of R&D experience in the food industry for product or process development roles. With Ph.D degree, working experience can be reduced and discussed. ?Experience in new product development and project management. ?Experience with baking and/or frozen dough technology. ?Experience of developing and launching new product is required. Experience with external supplier is plus. ?Experience working with global technology team is plus. ?Experience working with consumers for flavor optimization in both quantitative and qualitative scale. ?Skills & Competency?Knowledge of yeast, baking powder, flour modifier, enzyme, cereal chemistry and starch chemistry. ?Knowledge of frozen food formulation and process. ?Ability to work effectively in team-based environment with multiple functional groups.?Willing to learn and work under pressure. ?Be passionate, proactive and self-motivated. ?Fluent in oral and written English. ?Knowledge of consumer first design or other basic product design principles.

    ?Assist RA Manager by researching and analyzing regulatory information and communicate changes and its impact to the Merchandise Department. Scope includes import procedures, restrictions and requirements, labeling requirements, and etc.?Maintain a strong understanding of labeling requirements in order to create and assess compliance of Chinese labels for imported Foods and Non-Foods items. ?Maintain a strong understanding of import procedures including customs classification in order to determine import requirements and applicable duty for imported Foods and Non-Foods items.?Assist RA Manager by resolving compliance issues before, during and after import by providing recommendations to Buyers and suppliers, conversing directly with border control and/or other governmental agencies, as well as asking 3rd-party brokers or outside counsel for assistance?Assist in support of business license application and product registration?Assist merchandising department and administrative support as necessary.?Assist in other departments of the company as necessary Qualifications:●Education/Training: A college degree or above is required. ●Experience: One year or more work experience in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance field is preferred. ●Knowledge/Skills: Fluent written and verbal English is required plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
