    Responsibilities:?Manage trade compliance regulatory developments, assess impact on the business and work out the possible solutions/actions required to ensure trade compliance;?Develop and implement risk management procedures on foreign trade areas, and monitor the improvement of identified risks;?Conduct Customs health check on the entities in China;?Handle audit cases with Customs authorities;?Support daily operations needs by providing guidance;?Maintain relationship with local Customs authorities and other govermental agencies as required;?Support Global Customs governance team on local requirements;?Develop and conduct trade compliance related trainings;?Develop duty saving opportunities to achive business needs and ensure trade complianceQualifications:?8+ years trade compliance experience (Big 4 + in-house)?Good knowledge of China import and export regulations, especially Customs valuation, HS tariff classification, country of origin?Experience with US Export/reexport is preferred?Able to effectively collaborate and communicate strategically/diplomatically with various levels of management and colleagues in a global envoirement (both written and verbal) and presentation skills?Experience in drafting formal correspondence with authorities.?Good analytical and strategic thinking skills?Ability to work independently

    Role Purpose -Align M&A strategy with growth strategy-Source deals-Manage deal execution process-Continuous improvement of M&A processMain Responsibilities-Lead the structuring and execution of transactions-Perform fundamental industry, sector and company research and analysis-Analyse and pre-screening attractive investment opportunities through extensive research, expert interviews as well as proactively tapping contacts with -Work with other investment professionals in order to evaluate potential investments, including conducting commercial due diligence, performing financial analysis, and helping developing and refining preliminary investment theses and strategies;-Prepare initial investment proposals and presentations to target companies, and help with deal negotiation and execution-Support senior investment professionals throughout the internal investment process, including preparing presentations, drafting investment memos, building financial models, etc.-Create innovative ways of structuring investment opportunities that are in line with the firm’s strategy and investment profile-Work with senior investment professionals to monitor performance of companies post investment, and with management teams to execute change programs-Develop and leverage on relationships with entrepreneurs, contacts in professional firms and major institutions and corporations in order to source investment opportunities.Job Requirements-Bilingual/bicultural skills – native fluency in Chinese (including reading and writing) as well as ability to express thoughts (both verbal and written) clearly and concisely in English is required-Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in a front-line transaction-oriented position with a recognized private equity/direct investment firm/corporations in China;-High intelligence with an analytical and flexible mind-Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.-Able to work under pressure and good multi-task management
