Talent Access Client Partner

Role PurposeAs a Talent Access Partner, you will be a critical part of the account leadership, with full ownership of talent access for your assigned accounts. You will work closely with external senior client stakeholders and internal Client Service Directors to define hiring demand and shape solutions that ensure Randstad meets and exceeds expectations. This strategic role requires deep knowledge of the recruitment ecosystem and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a data-led vision.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for all talent access initiatives across the account.
- Strategy Execution: Design and execute Talent Attraction & Sourcing strategies, recommending appropriate systems and tools.
- Team Alignment: Engage delivery teams (Intelligence, Marketing & Sourcing) to ensure alignment with the client’s global vision.
- Accountability: Drive performance metrics across the hiring funnel and provide strategic oversight in governance meetings.
- Professional experience as a senior account lead in Sourcing, Talent Marketing, or Talent Intelligence.
- Significant experience managing senior client stakeholder relationships.
- University Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
This is a fully remote position requiring geographical mobility. You must be comfortable working virtually with a global team and be willing to travel for client or business needs as required, including international travel.
