This is an essential back-office processing role responsible for managing daily application workflows, document verification, and compliance checks for global clients across China, Taiwan, Singapore, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Back-Office Application Processing: run daily processing of financial applications, account setups, and client documentation in strict compliance with SOPs and financial regulatory standards.
- Documentation & Compliance Verification: Perform rigorous reviews of incoming files to ensure high accuracy, completeness, and adherence to risk/AML guidelines.
- Professional Stakeholder Written Communication: Handle written correspondence with professional financial advisors worldwide regarding application statuses, document verification, and operational inquiries (occasional telephone calls for verification purposes).
- Operational Excellence: Manage high business volumes within a busy environment, ensuring daily SLA operational targets are met efficiently.
Key Requirements & Vetting Criteria
- Location & Work Authorization: Seeking local candidates currently residing in Labuan
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to support regional clients and advisors across China, Taiwan, and Singapore.
- Work Preference & Fit: Desk-bound operational mindset. Comfortable working independently at a computer for extended periods with minimal direct customer-facing/sales interaction.
- Core Qualities: Highly conscientious, responsible, adaptable, with strong critical thinking and a positive attitude toward learning complex processes.
- Work History Stability: Preference for candidates with stable employment backgrounds (avoiding frequent job changes).
- Operational Commitment:
- Willingness to work overtime (approx. 1–2 hours/day) during peak business volume periods.
- Flexibility to work on selected Public Holidays on a rotational basis to support global client coverage.
