The Role
You will hold clinical leadership responsibility for high-quality care delivery, planning, and governance. Key duties include:
Leading Clinical Excellence: Overseeing medical, dementia, and restorative care.
Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring nursing and care staff to foster an inclusive culture.
Compliance & Quality: Managing the clinical governance framework and quality improvement cycles.
Strategic Support: Partnering with the Facility Manager on labor cost-management and community engagement.
About You
We are looking for a registered professional who balances clinical expertise with commercial acumen.
Registration: Current AHPRA registration is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years exp as a Clincial Care Manager.
Governance: Experinced in regulatory compliance and budget management.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and the ability to motivate teams.
