Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients.
- Develop individualized diet and nutrition plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Provide expert diet counseling and education to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional care into overall treatment plans.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in clinical nutrition.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Master of Science (MS/M.Sc. in Science) degree in Nutrition or a related field.
- Up to 8 years of experience in clinical nutrition.
- Proficiency in diet counseling and nutritional assessment.
- Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Licensed or registered as a Clinical Nutritionist in India (if applicable).
