Responsibilities:- Perform regular condition monitoring assessments to detect early signs of equipment degradation or potential failure.
- Execute comprehensive reliability maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize asset longevity.
- Analyze complex data sets from machine diagnostics to provide actionable insights and technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive maintenance findings into standard operating procedures.
- Monitor equipment health parameters and generate detailed reports concerning plant performance and reliability metrics.
- Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks through proactive root cause analysis.
- Maintain high standards of technical documentation and record-keeping in alignment with industry best practices.
- Support the implementation of new technology and tools to enhance the efficiency of the condition monitoring program.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 12 years of professional experience in a relevant technical or industrial role.
- Strong expertise in condition monitoring techniques and reliability maintenance frameworks.
- Proven ability to interpret technical data and translate findings into strategic maintenance actions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities within high-stakes environments.
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to stakeholders.
