Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies for projects, facilitating commercial and operational verticals to achieve business objectives.
- Conceptualize and manage various cross-functional business initiatives in project mode using analytical techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager (GM) on strategic initiatives, manage work plans, and act as a thought partner.
- Proactively identify ideas and projects involving key internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunity areas.
- Develop business cases for new business avenues and manage the life cycle of brands in alignment with business goals.
- Drive the execution of decisions regarding projects and prepare groundwork with key stakeholders.
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Resolve issues related to new projects and maintain robust project tracking with open communication throughout the organization.
- Lead and deliver timely project strategy and execution in a complex and dynamic external environment, including ideation, forecasting, data collection, profitability estimation, plan execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Graduate degree in IT or Science; MBA in Marketing or Operations is preferable, with a good understanding of Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a 1st or 2nd tier firm, managing complex projects.
- Hands-on experience in leading and implementing high-impact projects in a Marketing & Corporate business environment.
- Sharp analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong networking and customer management orientation.
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment and manage complex and diverse business situations.
- Strong project management skills to ensure smooth execution of identified projects.
