It involves driving standardization and automation to build a foundation for employee experience directly linked to safety and productivity. 求められる経験
■Mandatory:
・5+ years in IT infrastructure strategy and ops
・Experience in ID management and M365 environments
・Business-level English or higher (written/verbal)
・Vendor management and negotiation skills

■Preferred:
・Experience in large-scale retail IT systems
・Deep knowledge of zero-trust security models
・Project management certification (PMP, etc.)
・Experience with global project coordination
