The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Perform overall Secretarial functions including conducting meetings, drafting documents, Agendas, and managing corporate law compliance, requirements & related
activities.
➢ Act as a go to point in legal and compliance matters for the Group locally in India
➢ Proficient in assisting the Managing Director and the top Management of the company in all functions including documentation, sending e-mails, arranging board meetings,
and disseminate information.
➢ Capable of Representing the company and other connected persons before various boards and forums including but not limited to RBI, Registrar of Companies, Consumer
Forums, and Other quasi-judicial bodies. Liaised with Statutory / Internal Auditors along with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers.
➢ Experienced in coordinating with RTA, NSDL/CDSL.
