Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries regarding service bookings, billing, and general account management.
Act as a problem-solver for complex service issues, including missed collections, invoice disputes, and contract queries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Collaborate with Operations, Transport, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer pain points.
Provide information to customers regarding recycling initiatives and sustainable waste solutions.
About you:
Minimum 2+ years in a busy customer service or contact center environment (experience in logistics, waste, or industrial services is a plus).
Strong proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and ERP software (ideally SAP).
Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a high level of attention to detail.
A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving office environment.
