You will supervise team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. ■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree
・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ preferred)
・Experience in order-taking operations (FMCG industry preferred)
・Supervisory experience with temporary/contract staff
・Experience with SAP order management systems (preferred)
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills
・Proactive and results-oriented approach
・Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
・Commitment to continuous improvement
