This non-line management role functions as a strategic business partner within a pharmaceutical organization, dedicated to building an insights-led, data-driven culture alongside forecasting and analytics teams. The incumbent is responsible for leveraging quantitative and qualitative market research to inform strategic decisions, optimize market positioning, and ultimately drive profitability and growth. Additionally, the role involves identifying innovative research techniques and ensuring all activities align with strict legal and ethical compliance standards to support high-quality decision-making.■Key Responsibilities- Strategic Culture Building: Act as a strategic partner to build a data-driven culture that utilizes market research to inform decisions and deliver business profitability.- Insight Generation: Deliver high-quality, actionable insights that drive business decisions while identifying and implementing innovative research methodologies.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and foster strong cross-functional relationships with counterparts in Medicine, Operations, and Legal departments.- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all market research and daily tasks comply with legal rules, internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Japan Data Protection Law).- Integration and Optimization: Guarantee that relevant information is integrated into analyses and that work within responsible areas is optimized and aligned with the broader department strategy.If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application.#Li-Hybrid

■Key Requirements
- Education and Industry Knowledge: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, combined with specific knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations and the healthcare system.
- Research Expertise: Expertise in designing, executing, and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative market research, with the ability to translate these insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Strategic and Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking abilities to connect insights to tactical planning, effectively collaborate cross-functionally, and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Project Management: Competence in managing external vendors and multiple research projects, along with the self-management skills to prioritize independently and deliver under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese are required to enable effective collaboration across diverse teams.
