What You'll Be Doing

• Managing customer accounts, pricing updates, and usage records
  
  
• Resolving billing queries and customer concerns quickly and professionally
  
  
• Taking customer payments securely (cash and card)
  
  
• Supporting daily banking and transaction reconciliation
  
  
• Working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver outstanding service
  
  
• Spotting opportunities to add value and pass leads to the sales team
  
  
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and agents
  
  
• Making proactive outbound calls to offer support and resolve issues
  
  
• Keeping systems and stock records accurate and up to date
  
  
• Escalating complex issues and seeing them through to resolution
  
  

What You'll Bring
